Ok, I know the possibilities of passing this gene on and giving CAH to another child ect. BUT, does anyone know how it is determined what KIND of CAH your child will have? (ie: classic, nonclassic, salt wasting, ect.) Can the same test that shows that you are a carrier of CAH show what kind, or what? My daughter is a salt waster, if I were to have another child, and he or she had CAH, will they be a salt waster too? Or is this a general CAH gene? Something has to determine it. The parents that have multiple children with CAH, are your children all the same CAH types?Laura
