I think that I would ask both doctors on what are they basing the dosage? What is too high or too low or just right? And why? Based on what references?? Call the offices as the Grandparent and ask. Tell them you need to know because you watch the child and need to know how the condition is treated. What to do if it too high or too low. If they wont tell you - tell them to take an appointment and you want to discuss the meaning of high, low and just right at the appointment - the parents and you. If they still refuse - call some sort of medical review board or lawyer!!! County Health department or State Health Department or NIH. This should be standard. If they treated diabetics like this - they would all be dead. It makes me so mad. Let me know because this has always been a mystery to me!!! And I am sure alot of folks on the board want to know.
