Nannie, If you are looking to find a better endo, try one that is affiliated with a children's hospital. Do you have one in the area or nearest metropolitan city? I live in Tx(DFW Metroplex area) and we have a children's hospital downtown. Our ped.endo. is one of two that practice out of the hospital and are the ER and on-call endos for the hospital. They are both very friendly, understanding and knowledgable when it comes to children with CAH and their families. Just a thought, hope it helps. Good luck with your predicament!
