Dear Susan I have had CAH since birth, it was looked for during my mothers pregnancy because my older sister has the condition also, therfore I am in a bit of a different situation from your brother. I do know that the problem in men is that the testosterone in the blood gets too high and if medication is not given this cuts off sperm production in the testes. CAH is a serious condition in men with much of the same symptoms as womaen but reversed if you like.
