Deb L- The age limit is kind of arbitrary. I figured that the farther back in time the less likely a child would have been diagnosed by newborn screening and the more likely it would be difficulty to accurately remember details of the hospitalization, which might create a bias. I'll think it through a little more and let you know. Judy- I certainly understand your feelings. The survey would be pretty benign--no weird or probing questions.
