No, please do not think that I was speaking about needing financial assistance for medical treatment. I know that in NYS you do not need to have a medical condition (ie. CAH) to receive state funded medical insurance. Governor Pataki and Dr. Novello (NYS Health Commissioner) have created a program that offers medical insurance TO ALL CHILDREN who do not have it. It is even my understanding that the parent does not have to be unemployed. I was just trying to state that a person with CAH can do ANYTHING and EVERYTHING a person without CAH can do!!!
