I would copy the post, delete it and contact the poster. I would notify everyone of their request, phrased in a way that won't offend, and those who wish to respond can via email. That way it would leave the board free for people who are impacted by CAH avoid lengthy threads like below. Another approach would be to make a separate board for requests from medical professionals, researchers or media types.
