Kimberly, With our first pregnancy, we had no suspicions of CAH. On the sonograms it appeared we were having a boy. Three baby showers (with a boy theme) later we had our baby girl with CAH. The docs had no idea with our first baby that we were having a CAH child with ambiguos genitalia. Of course with our second CAH child we did the amnio and that whole routine. Hope this helps. Tonia
