Yes, I do have a weird thing with my throat. I thought for a while that maybe it had something to do with my thyroid (I'm hypothyroid too) but I asked a friend who is an ear, nose and throat doc and he said it wouldn't be from that. For me I get almost a feeling that my throat is closing up a little. It's scared me several time, but it never actually does constrict my breathing (who knows why it feels that way) I also get that feeling when I've taken extra dexamethasone- in fact that is when I notice it the most. It almost is like the left side (always that side) of my throat doesn't have any feeling, it's a strange deal. Susan A.
