AT the time I think she was concerned about the timing of it because I believe she wanted it to be given every 7/8 hrs or so. However, for us it was very difficult we lived in a two bedroom house at the time and our daughter who is 27months older than our son shared the room with him. She also suffered for many years from night terrors. So needless to say sleep was a comodity in our house. My son gave us a great deal of trouble taking it so late and my daughter always woke up. Before I knew it the whole house was up for the day. It became a very stressful time in the house because everyone was so tired they were on their last nerve. My husband and I felt that wasn't doing anyone any good so we just about insisted with the endo the meds be changed. When his levels stayed okay she finally agreed to continue at bedtime. Unfortunalty my husband and I don't go to bed very late either. I get up at 4am everyday so I need to be down early. I am definately going to persue this question with our endo and will post her answers. Take care Judy
