My brother in law has started keeping a journal of his two daughter's utterances. He shared a couple of gems from his four year old with us this afternoon at our family Father's Day gathering. Claire came to him and asked "Daddy do you know which is my left eye and which is my right eye?" Hesitantly he answered "Yes I do". "Good" she replied "Because I think they're in the wrong places". Another time she explained that "First I was one and then I was two and next I was three and now I am four". She then paused and observed "That's how they do it, in order, not all scrambled up". I had emailed that to Lynn but I realized that I wanted to share it with the rest of you as well. JoanJoanW
