Hi Mara, I was diagnosed with salt losing CAH as an infant. I am now 35 and I travel as often I can afford. I have not used steroid injections since I was an infant. I currently take oral dexamethasone and florinef. Would it be possible to switch to oral meds? I have never used IM when I was sick, I usually just take an extra oral dose of med if needed.
