I have noticed since Reily started meds...approx. two months ago...a big change in her sleep pattern. She takes her last dosage between 8 and 9 p.m., we are lucky if she falls asleep befor 11? I have read advise here about the frequency of meds...3 times vs. 2 times per day, but not much abour the time frames????
