Sometimes allergies can cause bedwetting. The one I hear most that causes bedwetting is an allergy to milk or dairy products. I've heard about milk being the culprit of bedwetting problems fairly often. There is something in milk that does cause "sleepiness" (although the media says warm milk activates that sleepy-causing effect of milk, but cold milk can also have that effect in some people). Could make someone sleep sounder & not realize they have to go potty. Someone else who knows a lot about nutrition things told me how "bad" cheese is in causing allergy problems & sinus problems & frequent headaches. Ugh, and I love cheese!!Anne
