Collette, We have two children who have CAH and they both take Hydrocortisone tablets and Fludricortisone tablets. When they were babies I always crushed the tablets in a pessel and mortar bowl and added a little bit of water. I then put it into a syringe and gave it to them orally. There was never any problem with them getting the correct dose and their levels have always been really well maintained. My kids are now old enough to just chew up the tablet by themselves. Seeing as your daughter is two why not get her to just eat the tablets. My son is only 17 months old and has been eating the tablets since he was 14 months old. They are already used to the taste of the medication so eating the tablet is not much different.JANE
