Dear friends, My six year old son Daniel was diagnosed with CAH when he was 22 days old. We took him to doctor because after he was born, instead of putting on weight, he was loosing weight even though he drank a lot of milk. Moreover, his diapers were wet all the time abnormally and it seemed very heavy, because of salt- loosing. Anyhow, by God's Grace he was tested and diagnosed with CAH. He is on cortef and florinef since then and doing pretty good except when he gets sick. When he is virally infected, he throws up and cannot keep the medication orally, then we have to give the medicine though IV ir injection. He goes to Kindergarten and will be in first grade next academic year. I really hope he does well as the time goes.
