I was going to suggest the same web site. The headaches are from the brain swelling and this is not good!! Low blood pressure, low blood sugar, and adrenal crisis could happen because the OH17 levels, plasma renin and chemistry (salt and sugar, etc) are not right... too high in a CAH person or addison's. If salt wasting then then is the dehydration problem.. again can cause vomiting, head aches, back pain.. etc. are symptoms. Some people can tolerate the pain more than others and don't complain, so it can be hidden. I hope that you find a good endo!! A doctor that knows that the OH17 test must be taken before 8am and without the cortef. This test should be repeated at least every three months... NOT 6 months!!!Roberta Preston
