In the past several people have posted that their chldren's feet and hands get very cold and clammy when their medication is not well adjusted. My two year old (with CAH saltwasting) tends to run a little warm. He will be sweating in shorts when other kids are in sweatpants. I, however, am the same way and I don't have CAH. One other thought. The thyroid is critical for maintaining body temp. One of the major signs of either hyper or hypo thyroidism is being very cold. Since the thyroid is also part of the endocrine system I wonder if you could ask your daughter's endo about it. The endo could probably also give you other signs to look for if it might be a thyroid issue. I know some of the other signs are gaining or losing lots of weight and having very shaky hands.Chris D
