Thank you all for making me feel welcome. It is so helpful reading about all your experiences and just knowing that there is another source to find information and support. I want to be able to provide the best care I possibly can for my son. My husband spoke to our Ped. endo and she did tell us something different from our Pediatrician. She said we should double dose in the morning before he gets his immunizations and again in the afternoon or evening if he does indeed get a fever. I have learned to ask all CAH type questions to our endo and not our Pediatrician. I am sure our Pediatrician is very competent, but I also know my son if the first CAH patient she has ever had. We also are in the process of getting a presciption to switch to Cortef pills from the liquid! Thank you all for the good advice!! I look forward to being apart of this message board.
