The Life Insurance companies will probably deny coverage on CAH anyway.... with or without gene testing. When I applied for coverage through my previous place of employment, and my children were listed as riders on the policy, my CAH daughter was denied. And any other policy that you apply for is going to ask about pre-existing conditions or known medical problems. I'm sure there's probably some company out there who will cover her someday, but I bet they'll charge a small fortune!
