When we were on liquid and pill, we have taken it twice a day. At some point, she wanted to give a larger dose in the pm than in am. Later, instead of increasing his dose of meds, we tried going to 3x a day with the same amount of med and varying how much was given when during the day. this worked for us. I liked the 2 dose shcedule when he was little and still taking afternoon naps. Now that he is older, giving in the afternoon is not really a big deal. And the time he gets it isn ot a time when he would be in school anyway. As everyone ALWAYS says...it just depends. Perhaps you could ask for a recheck in a month to make sure things are still okay.
