I'm 36. I crave salt on occasion and just use more when I do. I was never told anything about alcohol (I think maybe my mom would have liked to attack it by that avenue!). Anyway, I did my share of partying in college (more than I care to admit!). As long as I took my meds, I was ok. Fortunately (or unfortunately), I very rarely got sick so I managed to keep my meds down. As blasted as I used to get, I never forgot to take my meds. As far as sunburns, I have that wonderful, fair Irish complexion. I go in the sun, turn as red as a lobster, peel and go back to pale. I've never stressed dosed for sunburn even though I have burned enough to blister. I never carried a stress dose. That is a marvel of modern medicine.
