I have been round the block and then some with stories from parents who have been let down by the medical profession. The problems always start with a general practitioner missing text book symptoms and clear indicators from patient histories. It sounds like you are spot on. Unfortunetly, doctors have more to learn every year, see more patients each day than ever before and here in the UK are getting horrendous press. I hope the professional bodies propel themselves into the 21st century because I am tired of needing to be cynical and question everything I am told about my sons various conditions. The saddest thing is that if you are proved right, many more parents may not have input from someone like yourself.
