"CAT"'s advice is pretty much what our pediatrician told us with one exception: she mentioned that it could take a few WEEKS or even a couple of MONTHS for the cream to work. I wouldn't jump to conclusions if the cream doesn't work in a "couple of days" - just keep applying it 2-3 times a day and talk to your doctor. Good luck!
