I would agree with you Jennifer. After this show aired the first time I was really shook up and felt really guilty for ever letting anyone know that my daughter had CAH. I would hate for someone to assume that the broadcast fit my daughter's situation. I asked on the board what others told people about their children's "condition" and they said they kind of left it simple. So what I tell people now is that are daughter's adrenal glands don't make the life-sustaining hormones that they need to so she takes medicine every day to replace them. That is all they need to know as far as I am concerned. (She is only 21 months so the baby sitter is the only one besides family who has all the details.) I have found that most other people who have been told the official diagnosis can't remember the name of it so I don't think that they will ever put it all together if they did see that program. As far as having more kids, I think you will find that there are a lot of people on this board who will tell you that it is worth it. Other people may or may not criticize you but it is none of their business. My sister is being citicized for having a sixth child only 14 months apart from the fifth child and they have no health issues with any of their kids. You will always have someone to tell you that you are doing things wrong but I don't think ANY child is a mistake. Don't feel bad for wanting to have another child. Just do what is right for your family and forget the rest. Sincerely, LisaLisa
