i am mum to a 16month old boy with saltwasting cah. our son was diagnosed at 3 weeks with all the usual symptons, he has been in adrenal crisis twice since this. we had his dna tested and the results came back as cah undetected, the consultant said this can be quite normal and happens in about 1in10 dna tests. the consultant said that although he was sure our son had cah to be 100% certain we would need to take him off his meds and monitor his condition. we go into hospital next tuesday for this to happen and i am very worried at whatwill happen. if anyone has been thro anything simular i would be grateful for your advice and support. keep your children happy and well, donna
