Thank you all so much for your unwavering support and encouragement. It means so much! Abby is still running a fever of 102 but the vomiting has stopped. She slept with Mommy and Daddy last night and her fever didn't break all night but she had no other problems but the cough. We are starting to see the effects of the extra cortef today but are very glad she came through this ok. The doctor said a virus is going around that causes fever, cough and headache but the vomiting was a symptom of the adrenal crisis. He said we brought her in right on time. I always hate to think of the possibility of getting there too late. She is glad to be home because her biggest concern was who would play with Ellie (her 2 year old salt wasting CAH sister). My husband told me that Ellie was saying she was sick to and she needed to go to the hospital to be with "my Abby". We are just going to spend the day cuddling, snuggling, reading and loving.
