Anne, Thanks for the great information! We've had to give Sarah probably 12 injections in her first 5 years usually due to flu or an egg allergy. After the first couple of trips to the E.R., we have opted to deal with it alone at home. You have opened my eyes to the fact that the injections of solu-cortef might not always work. Thanks for reminding me not to get too comfortable with the emergency aspects of this condition! Know, too, that I am so sorry for the loss of your child. You are in my prayers, as are all parents of CAH kids. kathy
