My daughter Melissa has a hard time with her skin being so dry all the time, esp. her hands. I have tryed lotions,and trying to get her to drink more but the only time this problem seems to go away is when she is in the hospital with "alot" of IV's. Has anybody experienced this and how can this be helped?
