My daughter, Anne is nine years old and has otopenia, a form of osteporosis due to the late diagnosis of her CAH. The endo has me giving her 1500 milligrams a day, plus three glasses of milk. She takes Tums and that chocolate Viactiv, and it is costly, but she gets tired of the Tums all the time. Good luck, Michele
