Ever see a moose? Ever notice how large his antlers are. He sheds those each year and grows new ones. They are an extension of his skeleton, and made of mostly calcium. Adult moose never drink milk, so where do they get the calcium to grow the equivalent of at least three human skeletons a year? Greens. Green leafy vegetable are a great source of calcium. I hear mustard green have the highest calcium content. That's the way God intended for adults to get their calium, and it's the healthiest approach.
