Selena I have a niece who has been having nose bleeds even at night since she was a baby (now 13)and also a friend who's son is also constantly having nosebleeds for no reason. They can have them any time they could be sleeping or swimming. The doctors said that the blood vessels in the nose were very sensitive and they both have had them surgically burned or someting any way it didnt work. But they do seem to be lessening as they get older like i said they both had them while they were babies and now they are 13 and 17 and they are getting them less and less.
