I am a very concerned parent of a two year old boy with salting loosing CAH. It was only last week that I was informed that Cortif was been withdrawn and returned all my bottles. My chemist now has to make up a soluation from powder from the injection and mix it with water. The shelf life is seven days, the taste is not too good. I would be interested to hear what alternative medication for small children is available and the effects. I live in a small country and I am finding it difficult to get information on this.
