My son is 3 1/2 months old and recently we got him his first MedicAlert bracelet. Our wording was pretty much the same as Kare's and LynnT's. It says "adrenal insufficiency, treat with hydrocortisone." MedicAlert also has details on his medications and his doctor's and emergency contact phone numbers.
