Yay! I was waiting patiently for your response. What a relief! Kids never stop amazing me. God never stops amazing me either. I wish I had whatever your son has about not being worried too. Our three year check up was yesterday with my daughter's regular pediatrician. She advised me to enroll my daughter in gymnastics and preschool a couple days of the week. I told her how terrified I was to let her mingle with the germs come this winter in a school atmosphere. She told me it was inevidable that she was going to get sick one of these days. (I just keep putting it off until I have to put her in school) She also said she would rather worry about her getting the social skills that every child needs, instead of worrying about her getting sick. She says we can fix the sickness, it is hard to fix your mental state. (I think she thinks I am overprotective because she has CAH) This was also after sharing the consideration of homeschooling with her. She felt since my daughter had no siblings, and no neighbors her age, and I live a distance from my family, she would not benefit from homeschooling. I guess instead of trying to sheild her from getting sick, I should pray that if she does, she survives it, and I handle it without falling apart like I ALWAYS do. Sorry Lynn, I don't know where my jabbering about myself came into this message. I am sooo very happy to hear your first day was a success. I hope all other moms and kids had the same success. It helps to hear that you guys made it.
