As a single parent, I would not get up at 3 am to give the next dose. Even though I would not be sleeping well, I know I won't have anyone to cover for me and need all the rest I can get. As a result, I would give the 10 p.m. dose. Depending on the situation at that time, I would at minimum double the dose, but more than likely do the triple again.
