Update on my daughter/referral to Dr. New

I have shared my 4 yr old daughter's story recently of symptoms of over suppression, as well as vaginal bleeding since March. The bleeding started at a time when she may have been slightly undersuppressed, probably had a growth spurt inbetween the 3 month appt. So she increased Cortef from 7.5 mg to 10 mg, which is the highest dose she has ever had. She seemed ok, but in April, May and June, my daughter needed the injectable once each of those months, 2 of them seemed to be stress-related because of tests! So our endo raised her dose to 12.5 mg, in 3 doses and that's when my daughter turned into a real crankpot! Now she's "normal" again after I insisted that the endo reduce it because the increased dose did not stop the bleeding and she was miserable to be around. So we redid the bloodtest mid-August, and we only have to reduce the Florinef. But the bleeding has not stopped. Our endo keeps saying that the bloodwork results do not support a dx of precocious puberty! But she finally wants to resolve this now. So now we have a repeat sonogram on Monday, and this time wer'e doubling her pm and am dose. If the sonogram reveals nothing unusual, the endo wants to repeat the LHRH stim test-which I do not want to do. If that test doesn't indicate anything, then she wants us to see Dr New-but Justina would have to be admitted for tests! I'm thinking of skipping the tests and going straight to Dr. New, but I'm not sure. The sonogram isn't invasive-but she did vomit before one sono appt and she vomitted during the stim test. Any thoughts on what we should do for Justina? Thanks for any input!
