Well.... My daughter and I both have a nervous stomach's when new "stuff" happens. I have found and so has my daughter( not CAH just inherited my dad's bad stomach) We take small amounts of Dramamine (car sick sea sick remedy) I give 4-8 yr olds 1/4 tablet 8-adult 1/2 tablet. It helps alot! Kathryn
