I DID read about this a long time ago, when our son was born in '89; I don't remember the source, but I do remember being afraid for my son about it, so it is evidently not unheard of. I also remember reading more recently about the high occurence of adrenal tumors in people with Addison's disease, so perhaps there is some link. I am curious, Caroline, how and why you "quit the meds" ?? I had thought this was impossible for salt-wasters (especially the florinef?). What are the doctors going to do for you now?
