Sorry for the late arrival. Sarah is 5 years old, 42 lbs, and 42 inches(?). She is on 2.5/1.25/5.0 = 8.75. Her last OHP17 was 12 after being on the tablets for 6 weeks (total 10.0 mg). We are trying to get it back up! Great thread!
