Does .2 mg of flourinef per day seem to high?

Pediatrician wants to increase Nathan's flourinef from .15 mg per day to .20 mg per day. He is not basing this on any blood tests, but because Nathan seems to be drinking a lot of water and seems to have increased urine during the night. I thought that he was peeing more because he was drinking more, but his ped thinks that possibly he is drinking more to replace what he is peeing out. Any thoughts?
