My 2 year old son, Jason, 21-Hydrox/salt-waster, has been on .2 mg since he was 6 months old. The doseage has been monitored, but this seems to be what his body needs. He has not had high blood pressure to date. He hasn't really showed salt craving yet and is on no sodium supplement since his first year of life. We just lightly salt his food at meal time and supply him with salty snacks.
