Mark, I have a 21 month CAH daughter. The good news is that she is able and willing to take the cortef pill for her 6:30 and 2:30 doses. For the 10 pm dose I crush, put in a syringe and suck-up about 2.5 mls of OJ. It seems to work well. I was concerned with the switch because Olivia had appeared to always do well on the liquid. The pill form is sure alot easier to carry and there is no more orange sticky mess! Good luck with the switch. Look back in the previous messages for hints on how to give it.
