Over here in Australia we don't use liquid form of cortef at all. We have always giving our child tablets right from a newborn age. We use a pill splitter to divide it then crush it a pill crusher. I suck up a small amount of boiled water and mix it with the crushed tablet and administer it that way. i have never had a problem with my son receiving it and i know he is getting the whole amount and that it's the strength that it should be. I have NEVER had a problem with oversuppression and Jesse's levels have always been spot on. From what I've read from different people and the problems they've ahd maintaining levels with the liquid form tablets seem the way to go. i hope this helps to rest you're mind about switching. All the best. Lisa DLisa D
