Laurel, My first question is is your Dr and Endo? And is he a Ped Endo? They would not let me leave the hospital without training how to give a shot, and solu-cortef! Vomiting is very serious. It is better to give the shot, then to have them go into a coma, or worse... When they were little I was to give a shot and go to the hospital. Now since he knows that I don't hesitate, I call and let himknow whats going on, and he lets me stay home with them and monitors them to see how they are doing. You might need to get a second opinion from another DR.
