I was reading thru all the messages the other night and if you go to page 2 someone else asked the same questions and there a quite a few good answers. I myself haven't taken dex as my son is only 14 months old and I'm not planning for another babe until next year. I too though will be taking dex so it's good to try and get as much info as possible.
