Selena, are you dealing with a public school or private? If you are dealing with a public school you have more rights. You need to go to your district level administration and file a formal complaint. Many states have laws in place to cover things like this, Texas is one of them. You may have rights you do not know about. No one is going to tell you at the school your son attends, so you need to inquire on a different level. If you would like to try at your school level first, you shold make an appointment with the principal. If you do not get any resolve there then move on up to a higher level. If your son is going to a public school in the USA, there are rules and regulations that have to be followed, and it sounds like they are not being followed in your sons case. You have every right to know what dose of meds they are giving your son, and if coming in to count the meds makes them so mad they refuse to give him the meds......... you need to call this to someones attention.
