I just starting taking my son age 2 to the daycare center at my work. I told them about the sol-cortef. They had no problem with giving the cortef pills. They had to ask their lawyers about whether of not he could go to day care center because of the solu-cortef.(I have a government job). They agreed he could go but I would have to administer the solu-cortef if needed and they would call the emergency response team to give it. I started Monday but today the center director told me that their lawyers wanted to talk the ped endo. I asked them when I picked up my son what happen. She said that they have to talk to their corporate staff. This is a private center - "Children's World" but they have a contract with the Department of Defense. I signed all kinds of paper work and had the doctor sign a form explaining CAH. They are allowed to shots to children allergic to bee strings but the medication is in an epipen. What can I do if they kick him out of the Day Care because of CAH?? Everyone get your pens ready to write to your Congressman for me!! And the Secretary of Defense!! I work at the Pentagon. Can I sue!! preston@kreative.netRoberta Preston
