Chris, I am sorry I too do not have an answer for you, but I can offer you some compassion, since we too are going through the same thing. My son is 13 months old (salt waster) and is oversupresssed. His last 17OHP (also from Endocrine Labs) was 7.8 - this is after a fourth reduction in his cortef to a now 2x daily dose of 2.5mg. Our endo does not want to lower his dose any further, she feels that it is already very low. As far as showing any noticeable signs of oversupression, there are none - no round face, weight gain. Interesting, at his year check-up his height and weight were in the 50th percentile. This has fortunately stayed consistant since birth. I know how fusrtating this can all be. BTW - His bloods are drawn exactly at the same time of day (1:30pm), just before his miday and in the last instance just before his evening dose.
