My daughter is 3 years old now. She had her teeth come in early. But her pediatrician told me that the child usually takes after one of the parents when it comes to teeth coming in. My daughter was a horrible teether. She woke up alot when she was teething and sometimes ran a low grade fever. I found out that my husband was also a horrible teether. She also has extra teeth like him. I know someone that has a child without CAH. She did not get teeth until her first birthday. I too believe every child is different.
